Everything You Need to Know
Timing
Please arrive between 5:15 and 5:30 PM on Saturday, September 5 so everyone is settled before the festivities begin.
RSVP Deadline
Please reply as soon as you're able so we can finalize seating, catering, and guest-count details. July 15, 2026 remains our planning deadline.
Travel & Stay
If you want to stay central, downtown Seattle or nearby Capitol Hill are both convenient choices. More hotel and travel suggestions are listed below in the Seattle Stay Guide.
Dress Code
Aim for cocktail or dressy casual attire. We care most that you're there to celebrate with us.
Parking
Parking will be available in the Stimson-Green garage for guests at the start of the event.
Inside & Outside
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, with cocktail hour on the outdoor patio.

Helpful Notes For Your Visit
We know many of our guests will be visiting Seattle. Here are a few simple recommendations to make the trip easier.
Venue Area
Stimson-Green Mansion is in downtown Seattle, so staying in downtown Seattle or nearby Capitol Hill will keep you close to the celebration.
Airport
Most guests will fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). It's the main airport for the city and a short ride to downtown.
Where To Stay
If you're making a quick trip or want a central home base, staying near the venue is probably best. If you have more Seattle adventures planned, choose a neighborhood that fits the rest of your trip and check the travel time back to the mansion.
Hotel Ideas
Hotel Sorrento, Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Broadway, and Inn at Virginia Mason are all nearby options. Vacation rentals like Vrbo and Airbnb can also work well.
Getting Around
Rideshare is easy in Seattle and downtown is very walkable. If you're unsure whether a hotel or rental is too far away, map the travel time to the venue before booking.
Things To Enjoy
If you have extra time, Pike Place Market, the waterfront, Seattle Center, and nearby coffee shops are great places to explore. We also love Bill Speidel's Underground Tour for something a little different.
